Refund Policy

Overview

Due to the nature of digital coaching services and subscription-based plans, all sales are final, and refunds are not typically provided. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will review requests under special circumstances.

Refunds

Subscription-Based Coaching Plans

• All coaching plans are non-refundable once purchased.

• If you choose to cancel your subscription, your coaching access will continue until the end of your billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for unused time.

One-Time Purchases (Digital Workout Programs, Meal Plans, E-books, etc.)

• Due to immediate access to digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions & Special Considerations

Medical Exceptions: If a medical issue prevents you from continuing your program, you may request a pro-rated credit for future use. A doctor’s note may be required.

Duplicate Charges: If you were charged twice for a purchase, please contact us immediately, and we will process a refund for the duplicate charge.

Billing Errors: If there is an incorrect charge, we will investigate and correct any billing mistakes.

Late or missing refunds

If you were approved for a refund but haven’t received it yet, please:

1. Check your bank account for pending transactions.

2. Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take time to process.

3. Reach out to your bank, as some processing delays may occur.

Subscription Cancellations

• You can cancel your monthly coaching plan at any time through your account settings on HubFit but ALWAYS talk to your trainer first.

• Once canceled, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.

Canceling does not entitle you to a refund of past charges.

Exchanges

Since all products are digital and delivered electronically, exchanges are not applicable. However, if you experience an issue with a download or access to a program, contact brettaraniti@gmail.com for support.
